IMPACCT Brooklyn has a proven track record of creating housing solutions: we've assisted tenants in 8 city-owned buildings purchase their own apartments, acquired and renovated our first building at 105 Quincy Street (now home to 12 low-income working families), worked with developers on four (4) NYCHA buildings, saved 450 units at Fort Greene Houses through our first nonprofit sponsorship, and welcomed 63 new senior residents at 811 Lexington in 2024. Now, we're ready to build even more.
