For more than five years, our community has gathered, shared resources, supported local businesses, built friendships, and created meaningful connections throughout Orange County.

What began as OC Black Moms has now grown into Held & Rooted Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization building technology and community infrastructure to strengthen connection, access to trusted resources, and belonging for mothers raising Black children.

On Sunday, October 4, 2026, we are bringing our community together to celebrate this next chapter at In Good Company: Celebrating the Launch of Held & Rooted.

This is more than a launch party. It is a celebration of what five years of community can become and an invitation to help us build what comes next.

We are beginning with sponsorship.

Before individual tickets are released, we are inviting businesses, churches, organizations, and community partners to join us as inaugural sponsors of In Good Company.

Sponsorship allows us to keep ticket prices accessible while creating a beautiful celebration worthy of this milestone. More importantly, sponsorship helps Held & Rooted continue building the technology, resources, and infrastructure that will allow this work to grow beyond the community where it began.
