As 2025 draws to a close, we reflect on a year filled with incredible moments—moments when a fourth-grader's eyes lit up during a hands-on science experiment, when a fifth-grader discovered they could be an engineer, and when an eighth-grader student saw their future in STEM for the first time. This year alone, we've reached nearly 3,000 students across seven Oregon school districts—students who might otherwise never see themselves in STEM careers or understand the possibilities that education can unlock.

The Urgency of Now

Students in underserved communities face significant barriers to academic success and career advancement. Many lack exposure to STEM fields and the professionals who work in them. Without intervention, talented young people may never discover their potential or pursue higher-paying careers that could transform their lives and communities.

Our unique model connects industry professionals directly with students, showing them that careers in science, technology, engineering, and math are not just possible—they're achievable. We work primarily with Title I schools because we know that's where our impact is needed most.
