Ok, now onto the details.

Get ready to do the hard thing. It's not a question of whether this workout is going to get you - it's just a matter of when.

We are working on the honor system. While this is a competition, we are first and foremost remembering our fallen and alumni. Complete the movements fully and correctly - if it takes longer, it takes longer. Do it right.

Let's talk about logistics. In order to complete the workout, you will need the following:

Barbell with plates
Kettlebell
Dumbbell
Weighted load (sandbag, kettlebell, weight plate, etc.)*
Pull-up bar
Box
Distance - 50m

* Each team must select a single weighted load greater than 25#. Again, choose wisely - this will be used as a tie breaker if needed, with the heavier load as the winner.

This workout can be done anywhere you can find the gear to do it. We strongly encourage participants to bring this workout to their command or gym, to organize a group workout. It's a great opportunity to share our heritage and make sure the stories of our fallen live on.

The PDF with the full workout, prescribed weights, and instructions is available [HERE].

Prizes and stuff

Choose your division wisely: standard (Rx), elite (heavy), or basic (scaled). Only the partner divisions are eligible for prizes (solo divisions are bragging rights only). Workout details will not be released until the week before the competition opens, and those who modify the movements or scale the weights below the written standard will be disqualified from prize winnings.

[2 OCT] We are working on finalizing prizes but there will be awards for the following:

Standard division: 1st & 2nd place teams
Elite division: 1st & 2nd place teams
