What does an inclusive community really look like?

It looks like having the freedom to choose where you live, where you work, and how you build your life.

It looks like having opportunities to discover your strengths, develop new skills, earn a living, and contribute to your community.

It looks like being recognized for what you can do—not defined by what others assume you cannot.

And, perhaps most importantly, it looks like belonging.

That is the vision behind PA Inclusive.

PA Inclusive works to create opportunities for people with disabilities to live, work, and participate in their communities in ways that are meaningful to them. Through employment support, job training, independent living resources, and community partnerships, PA Inclusive helps turn the idea of inclusion into something people can experience every day.

The impact can be found in the moments that may seem small but can change a life: someone finding their first job, learning a new skill, gaining greater independence, discovering a sense of purpose, or simply finding a place where they feel valued and welcome.

These opportunities matter. And they deserve to continue.

Creating a truly inclusive community doesn't happen through one program or one organization alone. It takes employers willing to see potential, volunteers willing to lend their time, community leaders willing to champion change, and people willing to invest in a future where everyone has the opportunity to contribute.

That is what Inclusive Harvest is about.

More than a celebration, the event is an opportunity to shine a light on the people and organizations helping move inclusion forward—and to invest in the work that still lies ahead.

Proceeds from the evening will help establish an endowment for the PA Inclusive Impact Fund of the Luzerne Foundation, creating a lasting source of support for the continued work and impact of PA Inclusive and Coffee Inclusive.

Because inclusion should not be temporary. It should be part of the foundation of our community.

Every ticket purchased helps support that vision. It helps create opportunities, strengthen programs, and build a future where people with disabilities have greater access to meaningful work, independence, connection, and choice.
