We're Influence, the only statewide, female-led, Gen Z-led nonprofit dedicated to making politics more accessible for young people across North Carolina.

This year, as part of our effort to counter ongoing attempts to suppress the youth vote, we're throwing voting parties during early voting. College campuses are a cornerstone of early voting turnout, so through our #inNC University Initiative, we're partnering with students and community members at 14 college campuses across the state, from the mountains to the coast.

Every event will look a little different, shaped by what each campus community wants and needs. But across the board, we're fundraising to cover transportation to and from polling sites, food, and community engagement activities at each party.

Our participating campuses include App State, Bennett, Duke, ECU, Elizabeth City State, Fayetteville State, Mars Hill, Meredith, NC Central, NC State, UNC, UNCC, UNCG, UNCW, Wake Forest, and WCU, along with NC A&T through their student organization, Protect Ours.
