Inspire and Serve is a nongovernmental organization (NGO) operating as a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) and a registered Jamaican charity that provides community-based social services, program management, and advocacy initiatives supporting women, youth, and families through through domestic and international partnerships.

Our FOCUS

We are dedicated to restoring hope, dignity, and opportunity to vulnerable women, children, and families through purpose-driven service and strategic collaboration. With cultivated trusted partnerships like Texans on Mission, On Mission Network, Global Empowerment Mission (GEM), and alliances that include Operation Blessing, World Vision, and the City of Montego Bay, we are bridgebuilders to disadvantaged and underserved boys, girls, and women who could use a little kindness, encouragement, and support.

Inspire and Serve provides transformative community service programs that foster personal growth, educational advancement, and social responsibility. We aim to inspire positive change and create opportunities for a brighter future for disadvantaged community members.

Inspire and Serve isn’t just a nonprofit—it’s a movement grounded in purpose, cultural fluency, and community trust. With a full-time presence in the U.S. and in Jamaica, our team, composed of Certified Jamaica Specialists, TPDCo Team Jamaica-certified, globally experienced professionals with Jamaican roots, and grassroots local advocates, co-creates every service experience with care. Together, we ensure that every act of giving is community-led, dignity-centered, and deeply personal—building a legacy of sustainable impact for women and children.

Listed in the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) Civil Society database, Inspire and Serve actively engages in global civil society forums aligned with the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), bringing community-informed perspectives—particularly from Jamaica and the Caribbean—into global dialogue, with a focus on post-crisis recovery, access to justice, and women-led development solutions.
