Several years ago, natural playground designer Rusty Keeler visited Acera and spent time with our community imagining new ways to enhance our outdoor spaces. His vision included the addition of zones for different kinds of play and exploration, more treehouses, and a treehouse bridge – many of which have already been brought to life thanks to Kevin’s incredible craftsmanship.

One piece of Rusty's vision that has not yet been realized is a small outdoor amphitheater – a space where students can gather, perform, create, and connect. Now, with your help, we have the opportunity to complete this part of his dream.

Here’s what the amphitheater will offer:

A Covered Hangout Spot: A welcoming place for students to gather informally during breaks.
Creative Expression: A stage for impromptu performances, student-led productions, music, poetry readings, and more.
A Lasting Legacy: This structure will be a visible and enduring reminder of the spirit of this graduating class – known for creativity, collaboration, and joyful learning.
