UPDATE: DECEMBER 13, 2022
From now until December 31, we're giving exclusive gear to all donors to the Irish Youth Baseball program! You won't find this gear anywhere else!
The gear celebrates our historic partnership with the Adamstown Rounders club in County Wexford, Ireland! The partnership provides funding, coaching, and uniforms to boys and girls who play rounders and may be interested in learning to play baseball!
All prior donations count towards the Donation Levels listed below. So, if you've already donated $10 or more, you'll be getting your gear in Jan/Feb 2023!
Now is a great time to increase your donation to get more gear!
DONATION LEVELS
Gear will be produced and shipped out in late January 2023.
Bringing Baseball to Schools in Northern Ireland
We launched the first in-school baseball program in Northern Ireland in 2021 in partnership with Healthy Kidz CIC. In just two years, over 5,000 boys and girls played baseball for the first time during their physical education classes!
During the summer, we helped launch a baseball camp program. Click the video below to see how the kids enjoyed learning about baseball!
This year, our program will expand to bring the game to more children in more areas in Northern Ireland.
Partnership with GAA Rounders
As our program in Northern Ireland expands, we have launched an innovative partnership with the GAA Rounders club in Adamstown, County Wexford. The program will teach basic hitting, throwing, and fielding techniques to children who want to learn how to play rounders and baseball.
About the Baseball United Foundation
Baseball United works to help these teams, leagues, and organizations, by sharing resources, experience, and best practices, so more children can play baseball.
