CONNECTING COMMUNITY

Campaign 2026

"It Takes a Village"

Together, We Can Change Lives

Many families do not know where to find help when they need it most.

A lack of access to programs, food, community support, and guidance can create barriers for the most vulnerable children and families.

Through contributions from donors like you, Connecting Community works to bridge that gap.

We work to ensure that no child and no family goes without simply because they live in a community with less access to resources.

But we can’t do it without your support - and with more families to serve, your gift is needed now more than ever.

OUR IMPACT - TOGETHER

Over half of the funds we rely on to serve our community and create this impact come from individual donors like you.

And when you become a Community Connector by making a monthly donation, we create this impact - together.

You also join a group of people who create real, lasting opportunities and reach families who need support most.

The most important thing is that your support helps families feel seen, welcomed and connected to community.
