Our Volunteers Keep Us MOWING!

Founded in 2020, at the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, I Want To Mow Your Lawn provides 100% free lawn services to elderly, military veterans, individuals with disabilities, and under-resourced individuals/families—all with green initiatives in mind. For the people that I Want To Mow Your Lawn is helping, the grass may not always be greener but it is cut, kempt, edged, and raked. As the organization continues its #MOWmentum , we intend to encourage use of battery-powered electric equipment—in an effort to contribute towards a cleaner earth.

This group fundraiser page is designed specifically for landscaping volunteers enlisted with I Want To Mow Your Lawn.

It's like online fundraising teams for Marathon races -- but for Lawn Mowing and Landscaping Services. Based on how much a volunteer earns with their own dedicated page for the organization -- they qualify for rewards (see breakdown below) while helping contribute to a greater good.

First $50: At least one new lead for a person in need supplied in the Volunteer's residential hometown (we invest in geo-location advertising to the volunteer's desired coverage area, i.e. 10-mile radius) and a Black/White I Want to Mow Your Lawn Logo T-Shirt (after first job completed)
First $100: Dedicated Phone Number Extension with Our Main Number 862-66-MOWER Plus a Personalized Pack of 100 Business Cards
First $200: 5 Branded Yard Signs and a Full Color Long Sleeve Logo Shirt
First $300: I Want to Mow Your Lawn Branded Gardening Gloves and 20 Leaf Bags
First $500: New Cordless Battery-Powered String Trimmer with Battery & Charger
First $1000: New Cordless Push Lawn Mower
First $1,250: New Pair of Yardwear Sneakers & Lawn Mowing Headphones with Bluetooth Function

Milestones and offerings subject to change based on learnings -- but nothing drastic! Note: Volunteers can also qualify to earn free electric upgrades such as leaf blowers, leaf vacuums and power shovels -- based on activity. Inquire within!

What's in it for Donors?

While donors receive a Tax Deduction for their generous contributions - there's many other intrinsic benefits to making a donation with our registered evergreen charity -- with a mission to preserve dignity and spread kindness. Whether it's directly or indirectly - we help cut back on the fines someone's grandparent receives due to overgrowth, help those who simply can't afford landscaping contracts nor can't do it on their own due to physical limitations. A myraid of #MOWments we help faciliate such as giving back to a Vietnam War Veteran dealing with effects of Agent Orange, helping a recent widowed woman with property upkeep while trying to sell her home or providing mental relief for those grieving at home with a loved ones final days in hospice care. A maintained lawn is not only visually appealling but it has many environmental benefits such as reducing high temperatures, improving flood control and preventing erosion. You might be supporting a med student putting in volunteer hours - and who knows, that person can save a loved ones life in the future. We inspire people to get off their couch and do something that matters -- in real-time. Nevertheless, the prospect of bringing people and communities together outdoors while recovering from a global pandemic!

Preserve Dignity and Spread Kindness for More People in Need

Through the power of GiveButter's platform we are raising funds to help further our mission—and giving our valued LAWN CARE volunteers the option to raise funds for their own operation in an effort to spread kindness. We do this with the "peer-to-peer" fundraising feature -- all funds raised directly for the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization through our combined efforts and are tax deductible—an attractive element for most donors.
