Glow Back to School

Did you know dancing and singing can improve mental health? One study by WHO found that engaging in dancing and singing improved the participants’ mental wellbeing and decreased their distress levels. Dancing and singing have also been known to enhance emotional health and help people battle depression and anxiety.

So, let’s dance and sing like no one’s watching!

On July 28, we will do just that. Join us for a night of singing, dancing, community, talks on mental health, and a lot of laughter.

Doors open at 6:30 pm, event starts at 7 pm. Feel free to wear beach theme or glow in the dark! Shirts will be available for purchase.

All are welcome — bring a friend and come dance the night away. Sing karoake, dance like no one is watching, learn about mental health, and how you can start advocating in your community.

We are excited to see everyone glow back to school with some new friends and new dance moves.
