Hi friends & community,

I’m raising funds to support my upcoming Hilot training, a traditional Filipino healing practice that focuses on alignment, touch, and whole-body care—especially supportive for pregnancy, postpartum, and recovery.

As a doula, my work has always been rooted in honoring the body’s wisdom, cultural practices, and holistic care. Hilot is a powerful extension of that work. It is an ancestral modality passed down through generations, traditionally used to support:

Pregnancy & postpartum recovery
Pelvic and abdominal alignment
Emotional and physical healing
Whole-body balance

This training will allow me to deepen my skills and offer more culturally grounded, hands-on care to the families I support—especially those who are often underserved by Western medical systems.
