Thank you for taking the Eye Patch Challenge!

We have 3 purposes for this event.

We want to raise awareness about the rare cancer called Ocular Melanoma. 6/1 Million people are diagnosed a year.
We want to encourage everyone to get a dilated eye exam.
Consider making a donation which will help people with OM travel for treatment and will help fund research to find a cure.

We are pleased to announce we have a matching fund opportunity up to $100,000! Every dollar helps.

Here is how YOU can take the EYE PATCH CHALLENGE.

Put on an eye patch and take a picture. Post it on social media and share the QR code. Tag @Eyeongracefoundation @melanomaresearchalliance and put the hashtag-#eyepatchchallenge.
Encourage others to get a dilated eye exam – early detection is key in the fight against OM.
Donate & Share – Every dollar raised helps OM patients travel for life-saving treatment. Scan the QR code on the enclosed cards or visit www.eyeongracefoundation.net to make a donation
Challenge 5 people to participate – When posting your picture or video make sure to challenge five more people to participate in this event. To get more free eye patches send a request to eyeongraceart@gmail.com. Just ask for the number you need, include the address, and we will send a packet to the address. You can also encourage people to buy an eye patch at their local pharmacy, grocery store or costume store. Any eye patch will do!
To make MORE of an impact reach out to local celebrities, news casts, office staff, athletic teams, civic organizations, and doctors’ offices (especially Opthalmologists or Optometrists)
