The World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism) named Pemuteran Village the "Best Tourism Village of 2025." This joins our shelf of honors, including the UNDP Equator Prize and the UNWTO Innovation Award. But the 25-year-old power system keeping those reefs alive is failing. Help us upgrade to 95% efficient, smart-grid Biorock technology to double our impact.

Why all the attention? Because 25 years ago, this bay was a barren wasteland of grey rubble. Today, thanks to the Biorock™ process and our committed team, it is the world’s largest, oldest, and most successful coral restoration project. It is a vibrant underwater city of electrified reefs that has brought fish, tourists, and jobs back to the community.

The Hidden Crisis: We are Running on "Ancient" Tech While the corals are thriving, the electrical system that keeps them alive is not. Our current power supplies are decades old. They are heavy, inefficient, and expensive to run. They waste electricity as heat rather than turning it into limestone rock for coral to settle on.

The "Repower" Solution: We are not just patching the system; we are upgrading it to the cutting edge. We need to install the new generation of Biorock power supplies.

93-95% Efficiency: Almost every watt of power will go directly to growing reef.
Smart Telemetry: We will get real-time data on power output, allowing us to tune the reef for maximum growth from anywhere in the world.
Cost Savings: Lower electric bills mean more budget for planting new corals.

Your Impact buys the Hardware: We are asking our supporters—those who understand the necessity and the science—to fund the hardware for this retrofit.

Every meter matters! Heavy-duty, triple-insulated marine cables feed electricity to the Biorock reefs. They are the lifelines that deliver the healing current to the coral.

$18: Buys 1 meter of cable
$175: Funds a 10 meter feeder line
$1,700: Sponsor a 100 meter line, the average distance needed to connect a new nursery structure
$1,500: helps fund a next-gen Biorock power supply
$3,000: Sponsors a complete next-gen Biorock power system

The UN has recognized what we achieved in the past. Please help us build the power grid for the future.
