I’ve had the honor of being part of the Race4Chase program since its inception, and over the years, I’ve witnessed its incredible impact on countless lives. This free program creates a supportive environment where all children can learn, grow, and thrive. Throughout the six-week journey, our young triathletes train together—learning to swim, ride a bike, and build endurance—while also learning about Chase. They carry his spirit with them every step of the way, inspired by his story and legacy.
Race for Chase is a FREE youth triathlon camp designed to honor the memory of Chase Kowalski, a young boy who tragically lost his life in the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy.
Chase had a deep love for triathlons, and this program carries that passion forward—helping kids discover their own strength, determination, and potential.
Over six inspiring weeks, Race for Chase trains children—many of whom have never dreamed of doing a triathlon—in swimming, biking, and running. But the camp is about so much more than physical fitness. It’s about:
✅ Building confidence
✅ Fostering resilience
✅ Creating lifelong healthy habits
✅ Showing kids they are capable of extraordinary things
What makes this program truly special is that it’s completely free to families. By removing financial barriers, every child—regardless of their circumstances—can participate.
But this is only possible because of generous donors and community members who step up to make this life-changing experience of crossing a finish line possible.
This summer, Tracy and I are dedicating the next 26 days to honor those we lost at Sandy Hook by committing to swim, bike, or run 2.6 miles a day, or exercise for 26 minutes a day.
When you donate, you’re not just supporting a camp.
You’re empowering kids, honoring Chase’s legacy, and inspiring the next generation of triathletes.
💙 Please consider supporting our efforts today.
Together, we can help more children unlock their potential—and carry Chase’s light forward.

THANK YOU FOR MAKING “US” POSSIBLE.
