Barrington Farm School began as a love story. In 1897, a young Italian couple bought this land and

poured their hearts into farming. Their grandson, Billy Vendituoli, carried on that legacy with devotion

by teaching local students, tending the soil, and preserving the rhythms of farm life. When Billy

passed in 2016, his family and our community came together to honor his wish: to protect the farm

and keep its spirit alive.

Thanks to that outpouring of love, Barrington Farm School was born: a place where heritage,

education, and community continue to flourish with joy and abundance.

In 2025, here’s what your support made possible:

500+ children discovered pollinators, regenerative farming, and the wonders of nature through field trips and internships.
3,500+ hours of volunteer service connecting neighbors of all ages to the land and each other.
Weekly donations of organic produce supported our local food bank throughout the year.
Native plants and pollinator habitats flourished, strengthened biodiversity, and nurtured a healthier environment.
26 tons of food scraps diverted from landfills were transformed into living soil through our Community Compost Program.

These are not just numbers, rather, they are stories of children planting seeds, teens finding purpose,

families sharing harvests, and a community rising together in joy. This is the power of legacy. It grows,

it teaches, and it nourishes.

Looking ahead to 2026, we are excited to welcome even more families, students, and volunteers to
