Jaay Table was created to provide steady income for Noelia and her family, and the Guatemalan Endure Adventure guides, Maria and Nefta. Today, it employs three local families, creating consistent jobs and supporting households in the community.

As we enter Guatemala’s wet season, May - November, tourism slows — but expenses remain the same. We need to raise $700+ per month to cover rent and keep the restaurant open during these low months.
