January is all about jazz at MYAC! Our Jazz Program students get to work with Guest Artist Sharel Cassity during our Jazz in January events at the 28 Mile Distilling Co. in Highwood. Sharel is a rising star in the Chicago Jazz scene and we can't wait to hear her play her saxophone along with our young cats! Midwest Young Artists Conservatory Jazz combos are designed for students who want to learn the art of improvisation and solo expression. MYAC combos are directed by Drew Hansen, Brent Griffin Jr. and Emily Kuhn. This event will take place at 28 Mile Distilling Co. Tickets are free, but please reserve your seats.
