Experience an unforgettable performance by the Columbia City Choir from Seattle, featuring original music composed and conducted by Eric Tuan. Let their voices set the tone for a night of reflection and celebration.

We are honored to welcome acclaimed film producer, creator, and director Sharon Yamato, who will present her newest short film, “The Misadventures for a Nisei Week Queen.” Following the screening, stay for a thoughtful panel discussion exploring the history and significance of the Japanese Assembly Centers of Bainbridge Island.

The event also features special performances by vocalist Micaela Omoto and dancer Emma Usui-Villareal, bringing additional depth and artistry to this cultural celebration.
