Join us for dinner and help us recognize and celebrate this year's Augustus A. White, MD Humanitarian Award and Movement is Life Vanguard Award recipients during the evening of the first day of the 2024 Annual Health Equity Summit. This intimate event is limited to the first 80 people who register. The event consists of dinner, the presentation of the 2024 awards, and a charity silent auction.

This year's award recipients are:

Movement is Life Vanguard Award
Will be presented to
Mayor Shirley Franklin
58th Mayor of the City of Atlanta

One hundred percent of the money raised through ticket sales, the auction, and donations from this event will go toward funding Movement is Life's Operation Change Program, directly impacting the lives of women from underserved communities.

Supporter Tickets are $175 per person, or you can be recognized as a Host Committee Supporter for $500. Become a Table Sponsor for $2,500 and receive eight tickets to the event.
