Pull Together for Something Bigger

Jacksonville’s First-Ever Jet Pull is Taking Off November 14, 2026.

Get ready, Jacksonville. This is not your average fundraiser.

This fall at Cecil Airport, teams from across our community will go head-to-head in an unforgettable challenge: pulling a jet down the runway in support of local children, seniors, and veterans. Yes. An actual jet.

Hosted by Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center, the Jet Pull is a one-of-a-kind community event bringing together businesses, gyms, military branches, first responders, civic groups, families, and friends for a day full of energy, teamwork, competition, and impact.

Every dollar raised helps support life-changing programs that strengthen communication and connection across Northeast Florida, including:

Early speech and language initiatives that help children build critical communication skills before entering school
Hearing healthcare support for seniors to improve communication, connection, and healthy brain processing
Tinnitus support and hearing services for veterans and active service members facing one of the most commonly reported disabilities among military personnel

How It Works

Teams of 18–25 people will compete to pull a jet the fastest down the runway.

To enter:

Register your team and get your own fundraising page
Teams must raise a minimum of $2,500 to qualify for competition (only about $150 per team member)
Participants must be 16 years or older to pull (with parent/guardian consent)

This is a family-friendly event, and spectators are encouraged to come cheer on the teams with an affordable admission fee for the community.

A limited number of teams will be allowed admission to pull the plane. Teams will be admitted based on those who reach the minimum raise requirement first.
