Our Community is at a Crossroads

For years, Chabad Fishtown has served as a vital hub for Jewish life, education, and social connection. As our neighborhood continues to grow, we have reached a critical point where our current facilities can no longer accommodate the hundreds of individuals and families who seek out our programs. Our mission to provide a welcoming environment for every person requires a foundation that is as stable and enduring as the community itself.

The Need for a New Foundation

Currently, our limitations are physical. Our capacity constraints impact every program we offer, from youth education to community holiday celebrations. We are currently operating at 120 percent capacity during peak events, often having to limit attendance for the very programs designed to bring people together. To ensure that no neighbor is ever turned away, we must establish a permanent home that can house our expanding vision.

Our Vision for the Future

This capital campaign is the most significant undertaking in our history. The new building will serve as a dedicated sanctuary for generations to come, featuring:

A multi-purpose community hall for large gatherings and events
Modern classrooms for youth and adult education programs
A dedicated space for social services and community outreach
Administrative offices to streamline our growing operations

Your Impact on Our Neighborhood

Your contribution ensures that the Jewish community in Fishtown has a place to gather, learn, and grow. When you give to this campaign, you are not just funding a construction project; you are investing in the social fabric of our neighborhood. Every dollar donated toward this new facility directly translates into increased capacity for programs that foster belonging and support for residents of all ages.

Join Us in This Investment

We have made significant progress toward our goal, but the final phase of this project requires the collective support of our entire community. We invite you to join the many families who have already stepped forward to make this vision a reality. Whether through a one time gift or a multi year pledge, your involvement is the key to our success. We are professional in our approach and committed to transparency, ensuring that 100 percent of your capital gift is restricted to the development of this permanent home.

We invite you to join us in this investment for the future of Chabad Fishtown. Together, we can build a legacy that will serve our neighbors for decades to come.
