The James “Jimmy” Cole Jr. Award, presented by Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow in partnership with Jasco Philanthropies, honors a bold young leader (ages 16–29) who is driving real change through entrepreneurship, social enterprise, or community innovation. This award celebrates the values of James "Jimmy" Cole Jr., a trailblazing advocate for equity, mentorship, and youth empowerment. The winner will receive a $1,000 - $5,000 grant, with two additional finalists receiving $500 each, alongside personalized mentorship from James Cole Jr. and EOT's President, Daniel P. Calderon. Finalists are selected through a mission-aligned review process, and the award will be announced live at Pitch For Ya Life 2025 on December 2.
