It's time for me to return to Nepal!!
I have been given the opportunity to join a group of amazing individuals who are returning to the Upper Mustang region of Nepal to assist doctors, providing care to the people of the region who lack access to medical service. A team of medical doctors and professionals, organized by the Himalayan Guge Org. will offer free check ups, health assessments, and workshops for individuals who area able to attend.
HGO's main purpose is to preserve the practice of Sowa Rigpa, or Sorig, the Science of Healing. This is a practice in the Himalayas of Nepal, for centuries.
While most of my volunteer travel, abroad, has been to assist and build safe housing in remote areas of Nepal, Africa, Paraguay, and environmental restoration in Guatemala, I am honored to be selected as a team member.
