CenterLight Health System: Advancing Care, Community, and Dignity For Older Adults

For more than forty years, CenterLight Health System has been committed to serving older adults—helping them age in place with dignity, providing access to high-quality, comprehensive care, and fostering meaningful connections within their communities.

CenterLight is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and proudly operates the nation’s largest not-for-profit Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)—a nationally recognized model widely regarded as the gold standard in care for older adults. Our PACE program serves more than 6,200 participants across New York City, Westchester, and Long Island. We operate 11 PACE Centers, and one and one Alternative Care Setting (ACS) designed to meet the cultural and spiritual needs of the South Asian community in Queens, with two additional ACS sites currently in development. Beyond PACE, CenterLight works to address the broader needs of aging New Yorkers. Through programs such as Matter of Care Home Health Services, CenterLight supports older adults across the continuum of care—at home, in the community, and beyond.
