🫡 About Joshua Boone

Master Sergeant (res.) Joshua Boone made aliyah from Idaho and stood on the front lines in defense of the State of Israel for over 700 days during Operation Swords of Iron. When his service ended, the weight of war didn’t leave him and in January 2026, at the tender age of 32, Joshua passed away, unexpectedly, in his home.

To honor his service and his memory, Hope In Action, in partnership with The PFAP Foundation, are building spaces of refuge for all soldiers across Judea and Samaria, the biblical homeland of the Jewish people and the heartland of the modern Israeli state. These Pinna Chama, literally translated to "warm corner", are spaces for soldiers to freely use, operated by volunteers or communities, and located near IDF bases, where they can rest, eat, pray, call their loved ones, and most importantly... breathe.
