Story

Let's create a #JUSTFuture this Giving Tuesday!

It’s been a monumental year of change – from the way we collaborate at work, nurture our children, educate our peers, enjoy time with others, and support our loved ones through good times and bad.

Generous contributions from the JUST community enable our team to poll thousands of Americans and hear what a #JUSTFuture looks like to them. Below are a few examples of the world they hope to see:

  • Everyone, no matter your race, gender, or ethnicity, receives a livable wage so they can save funds to plan for the future.
  • Mothers and families have child care support and benefits so they don’t have to leave their jobs to take care of their families.
  • Company culture and policies are safe, supportive, and inclusive for workers of color to help combat systemic racism embedded in corporate America.
  • Corporations address their contributions toward climate change so communities aren’t jeopardized by wildfires, storms, and rising temperatures.

At JUST, we feel there’s now greater optimism and urgency around finding solutions to the barriers in the way of this #JUSTFuture. One community that is increasingly demanding and driving these changes is the next generation of business leaders.

This #GivingTuesday, JUST Capital is highlighting the members of this passionate collective engaging in tough conversations, calling out the changes that need to be made, and, ultimately, harnessing the power of business as a force for good. JUST is listening to their thoughts, ideas, and solutions so we can push corporate America and the market to do more and do better, and to be more equitable.

On November 30th, hear from these leaders on the work they’re doing, their aspirations, and how they’re striving toward a more #JUSTFuture.

Help us build a #JUSTFuture alongside us and these remarkable leaders by making a gift today!

Every dollar donated to JUST has the opportunity to generate an enormous philanthropic return. All funds raised during our #JUSTFuture campaign will benefit JUST’s mission including our polling research and analysis, Rankings, and corporate engagement work. With your support we can build on our efforts to help corporate America prioritize workers and wages, advance racial equity, and protect the environment among other key issues.

Through your participation, JUST can leverage the power of the private sector to deliver a #JUSTFuture where companies take action on the issues Americans care most about.
