Karate Chop Bullying is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to help kids build confidence, leadership, and resilience when facing bullying and life challenges.

Bullying doesn’t just affect one type of child. It impacts confidence, mental health, friendships, and how kids see themselves. Too often, young people are told to “just deal with it” without being given real tools.

Our programs focus on three core pillars: Movement, Mindset, and Mentorship. Through school programs, workshops, and community outreach, we give kids practical skills they can actually use to stand up for themselves, manage stress, and grow into confident leaders.
