Your donations go directly to the people we serve. Any amount helps us cover the cost of provided yoga in jails, correctional facilities, re-entry, and recovery settings. Give the gift of yoga - think about what you would pay for a yoga class and help cover the cost for someone else to attend a yoga class that provides the tools for healing individuals and communities.

On average our programs cost $50 per class. Costs covering materials, teacher compensation and travel, contract establishment and program sustainability and evaluation. Your donation goes a long way in supporting our mission. Thank you!

Event Details

Who: You, friends, family, our board and facilitators! Everyone is invited. Kids welcome!

What: A time to gather, share information on our programs, and raise funds to continue this work!

Where: Colombia Park Pavilion 800 Columbia Parkway, Minneapolis 55418. Look for signs. Big parking lot. Yoga will take place on the tennis courts and food and bingo in covered pavilion.

How much: Entry into the event is free, however, this a fundraiser - any donation keeps our work going! Donators will be entered in to our day of drawings!

10am Yoga and sound bath with our amazing Board Member, Jen! Bring your own mat if you are able - we will have extras to borrow!
11am Enjoy food/bevs and learn about our programs: Vegetarian spread from TC 400, Sift Gluten Free and Red Wolf Chai. Coffee and juice boxes also available.
12pm O75! It’s bingo time! Free and fun. Play for prizes.

FAQ’s

Do I have to stay the whole time? No, come for as long or as little as you like. We appreciate you showing up in whatever capacity.

What if it’s raining? This is a rain or shine event! The pavilion is covered! Weather looks warm! There is plenty of shade and open space. Water and restrooms available.

Can I donate with cash or check? Of course, just let us know if you would like a receipt.

Can I bring my dog? Yes - please be mindful of others and take appropriate dog owner measures.

Can my kids run around? Yes AND there is a playground!

What if I’ve never done yoga? No worries. You can opt in or out of our yoga class at 10am. Participate as much as you’d like. It will be a guided gentle flow.

What is a sound bath? Settle in, close your eyes, and let waves of soothing sound wash over you. Gentle tones from singing bowls, chimes, and other calming instruments create a peaceful space to relax, release stress, and restore balance. No effort, no experience needed—just bring yourself and enjoy deep rest and renewal.

Is there food available? Yes, we will have a spread of brunch items and beverages. Vegan, gluten free, dairy-free, vegetarian dietary options available.

What should I bring? If you are able to - some way to make a monetary donation: cash, check, venmo, online; a water bottle, yoga mat, and your lovely self! Dress is casual/comfortable!
