Since 2019, Fit for Joy online (https://fitforjoy.org/) has empowered thousands to rediscover joy, providing accessible programs and resources including our "A Quest for Well-Being" podcast, "The Freedom to Feel" video series, and a wealth of educational content.

Kaua'i JoyLab, a program of Fit for Joy: Garden of Well-Being (501(c)3, EIN 33-4087367), is a nature-centered retreat hub that connects well-being practitioners to serve those in need, share expertise, pilot evidence-based practices, and scale interventions in healing, resilience, and ecological stewardship.
