This year marks OutCare Health’s 10th anniversary. What began as a small effort to address gaps in medical education has grown into a national movement for LGBTQ+ health equity. Today, OutCare connects over 25,000 people every month to affirming healthcare providers, peer support, mentorship, and lifesaving resources.

But our work is far from over.

Across the country, LGBTQ+ rights are under attack. Affirming care is being restricted or banned, and providers are being silenced or targeted just for doing the right thing. For many LGBTQ+ people—especially trans and gender diverse individuals—the simple act of seeking care can be met with fear, judgment, or outright denial.

OutCare is here to change that. We train healthcare professionals, consult with health systems, and advocate for systemic change. We run the largest publicly available directory of LGBTQ+ affirming providers. We build community through mentorship, webinars, and support groups. And we do it all with the goal of creating a world where every LGBTQ+ person can access the care they need and deserve.
