At Elm City Community Music School, we believe that music is not a luxury—it is a vital part of a healthy, connected community. For 2 years, our community music school has provided high-quality music education to students of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels. We don't just teach notes; we foster creativity, build confidence, and create a lifelong sense of belonging.

Why Your Support Matters

While our passion is limitless, our resources are not. Tuition alone only covers a portion of what it takes to keep our doors open and our instruments tuned. Your financial support directly funds:

Financial Aid & Scholarships: Ensuring that no student is turned away due to an inability to pay.
Instrument Rentals: Providing high-quality instrument rentals at a reduced rate to students who cannot afford their own.
Community Outreach: Bringing free recitals and instrument petting zoos to local events, senior centers, and neighborhoods.
Exceptional Faculty: Attracting and retaining top-tier educators who inspire the next generation.

Our Impact

Over 300 students served annually, ages 3 to 83
Reaching 20+ towns in central Maine
Thousands of dollars in financial aid provided
10+ community concerts and outreach events each year
