Use this site to reserve your space and help us get enough pizza! Donations are optional.

We will have an evening full of fun, prizes, and food.

Please note this event is fun for the whole family and is not a drop-off event. Every student needs to have a responsible adult stay at the event (yes, groups are ok, if the adult is willing to be responsible for the students in their care). Siblings are welcome.

Multiple games throughout the evening - you can arrive late and still join the fun!
Pre-registration recommended, but walk-ins are welcome (space permitting).

Student Expectations:

No students can be dropped off or come in without a responsible adult, no matter what grade you are in. Absolutely no exceptions.

School rules are in effect. Any serious behavior incidents will be reported to the Principal and you may be asked to leave the event.
No running anywhere in the building. This is not an active, physical event.
Please only come to the event if you want to play BINGO! It's ok to come late or leave early! Multiple game rounds will be played through the night.
You are only allowed to be in the cafeteria. No other areas of the school are open - please don't ask to go to your lockers or access any other part of the school. The only bathrooms open are single-stall in the hallway. Gym bathrooms are not open.
Please leave phones / other electronics with your grownup throughout the event or don't bring them.

Grownup Expectations:

Enter and exit through the Sartwell Ave doors only. No one should enter through the front of the school or through the Pool doors.
Every student must enter with a responsible grownup. Grownups will be in charge of their student(s) or (small) group of students for the entire event, so plan to be there for the whole time and help supervise your own student(s) throughout the event. We are just volunteers, so we truly need your help to keep everyone safe and engaged.
Please help us keep students from entering the school hallways, the stage area, and behind the stage. One set of bathrooms is available in the hall and a hall monitor will be present to direct people.
Please let your students know that this is a mostly sit-down event and there isn't safe space for running around or physical play during the event. You may opt to arrive late or leave early if your student won't enjoy participating for the whole time. There will be multiple game rounds throughout the evening.
Please consider everyone's enjoyment and ability to hear the Game instructions and calling. You may need to help your students use inside voices and stay involved with the games.
