ITTS Kenya Peace Village projects aims to create a peaceful community villages. Together with Happy Tribe Limited Travel Tours, ITTS Foundation and its' volunteers, donors, and partners will lead comprehensive community building projects in the heart of Africa.

Phase 1

ITTS Classroom Renovation Project

The ITTS Classroom Renovation Project aims to enhance classrooms within the Ibissil community to create vibrant and inspiring environment of education. Classroom will be painted and stocked with classroom essentials.

Phase 2

ITTS Peace Garden Project

The ITTS Peace Garden Project will guide youth in the local community to create a community resource center. The purpose of this community space, in the format of a community garden, is to build a sense of peace and community across tribal-social-economic boundaries.

After completion of the first phase of the community garden workshops/events will be facilitated by volunteers of the ITTS Foundation. At these workshops/event (with 5:1 participant to mentor ratio), youth and adult residents are invited to volunteer and contribute to the garden in ways that showcase their individual uniqueness, resourcefulness and talents -- ex. painting projects, making interactive projects out of recycled materials, making cultural food items for sale, creating peace cards, garden decorations, etc.

Peace Talkers Youth Program

ITTS Peace Talkers Program (PTP) is an educational service based youth program designed to inspire innovation and peaceful mindsets for the next generation global citizen. The program trains, motivates, and equips students with tools and skills needed to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals of their communities. As trained stranger engagers youth gained critical communication and emotional skills.

Collaborating with organizations, PTP provides students with customer service and communication skills transferable into professional career interests. Skills developed throughout the program include:

Phase 3

This comprehensive joint venture will serve as a blueprint for the rebuilding of a peaceful future of opportunities and equality for all. This community complex offers opportunities for everyone to play their part towards community success. Uniting campus, community, corporate, and cultural programs, projects, and events will serve as a foundational cornerstone of positive collaboration among strangers.

Together with ACAD Modular Engineering, ITTS Peace Villages are designed to expand into community focused residential areas for single-families, underserved groups, and elderly individuals to live and commune peacefully. Infra-structured through modular structural designs, this technological village will offer a wide array of features and amenities to serve its local residents. Food services, healthcare services, and educational services are the cornerstones of the community village structure aimed to provide a positive living and working environment.

ITTS Peace Village will serve as an educational safe haven for students, parents, and educators to peacefully share, learn, and grow. Safely nestled outside urban communities this protected village will include a community center, agricultural gardens, and medical clinic. Educational courses, skills building workshops, and technology labs offer advancement opportunities for students to learn life development skills, conflict-resolution techniques, and participate in state-of-the-art tech labs.
