The Listening Booth and our nonprofit, We’re Listening, are launching a new annual honor called The Key Change Award—and our first recipient will be Congresswoman Sarah McBride. Sarah is already confirmed and will be at the event.

This award is meant to highlight individuals whose work aligns with our mission: bringing people together in community to combat loneliness. Sarah’s inclusive message and the way she leads by example embody that mission perfectly.

We’ll be hosting a cocktail-style event featuring speakers and musicians, with the presentation of the award as the highlight. The evening is a fundraiser for We’re Listening.

Just as a key change in music can lift a song, shift its energy, and surprise the listener with new emotional depth, The Key Change Award honors individuals who inspire powerful transformation in their communities.
