Life threw me a curveball. After a tough scooter accident that put me out of the game—basketball, business, everything—I had to focus on one thing: healing. It was hard, but as I started getting back on my feet, I found a new purpose that drove me even more.

As Preston "Kid Kredit" Luzunaris, I’ve been fortunate to learn valuable financial skills early on from my dad—things like budgeting, understanding credit, and protecting my identity. These skills have been game-changers for me, and I want to share them with my peers, especially those who may not have had the same early guidance.

That’s why I’m launching an initiative, in partnership with The Recovery Education Foundation (The R.A.R.E. Foundation), to empower students with the tools they need to make smart financial choices, protect their personal information, and build a secure future. This mission is about helping young people take control of their financial journey, equipped with the same foundational knowledge that helped me succeed. Together with The R.A.R.E. Foundation, we’re bringing hands-on financial education directly to students, covering essential topics like credit, debt, budgeting, and online safety.
