We've had a busy year...

At Kids Co., we've spent the last year playing, growing, learning, getting messy, and having FUN! We've traveled through time; invented gizmos, gadgets, and games; experimented with science, expressed ourselves through art, and so much more!

Did you know our cost per child for one month of school-age care is $750? For our full day preschool, that cost is $1,754. To keep care accessible, no family pays more than $490-$660 per month for school-age care or $1,600 per month for full day preschool.

We also offer scholarships to help those who need them and never turn a family away due to their inability to pay. Over the past 5 years, our families have received almost $500,000 in government subsidies and over $800,000 in Kids Co. scholarships. That amounts to over $1.3 million in total aid, not including the discount applied to all families.

What is high-quality child care?

A high-quality child care center is a safe, nurturing environment where teachers support the development of the whole child. Teachers encourage curiosity, exploration, and learning through play. They are intentional in their planning and responsive to individual needs.

At Kids Co., our communities of learning help kids explore academic subjects like math, science, literacy, and the arts; develop social and emotional skills like responsibility, empathy, and initiative; and build strong, healthy, and meaningful relationships with other kids and adult mentors. Your support ensures that high-quality and reliable child care is affordable for and accessible to families throughout Seattle.
