Hi, My name is Trenton Metzger. I’ve lived and farmed in Pasco, Washington with my dad my whole life. I was recently introduced to the work Eden Ministries is doing in Africa, and I am so excited to hear how God is working there!When I became aware of Eden and how God is using this ministry to create a safe space for these kids, I was so excited! Most of them are going from little to no hope, to having opportunities to build a life and sustain future communities through agriculture and commerce. Most importantly, they get to experience the love of Christ through those serving there. Each one that decides to make Him the center of their life makes this so worth it! On a side note, I enjoy hiking and the outdoors, so naturally when I heard about this opportunity to help raise money for the expansion of the ministry, and the opportunity to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, I was very excited to be part of it!
Hi there! My name is Alaya Rumble. I was born and raised in Ellensburg, Washington. My whole life I have enjoyed hiking, and I am super excited to be a part of this incredible opportunity to hike Mount Kilimanjaro with Eden Ministries. I desire for hearts to be turned to Christ, and I am looking forward to what God has in store for this upcoming event.
