About Hiking for Hope

Hiking for Hope provides a transformative and supportive environment that empowers women to thrive in their autonomy, pursue personal ambitions, and actively engage in their communities, while also fostering maternal and paternal mental health support.

We offer local mini retreats and experiences tailored for athletically driven adults, providing opportunities for personal growth and physical challenge. Each year, we host a flagship event featuring a number of expert instructors, culminating in our signature year end cycling fundraiser.

Our goal is to introduce hiking, self-care, and nature therapy to urban communities and moms on the brink of burnout.

Fitness Philanthropy

Each year, we donate a portion of the proceeds from our hiking events to a non-profit owned by or serving BIPOC women.
