Klingner CARES

The Klingner CARES Program began with a conversation between an anonymous donor and our leadership team. It was this individual's desire to make a significant contribution to the community - not in their own name, but in honor of all Klingner employees.

This conversation inspired the creation of an annual, employee-driven campaign focused on fundraising for a selected nonprofit organization. This initiative will provide opportunities for us to give back to the communities we serve and help fulfill Klingner's mission with intention:

"We strive to provide excellent services which anticipate and meet the needs of our clients and benefit the community."

This year Klingner CARES has selected The Children's Therapy Center of the Quad Cities. The Children’s Therapy Center of the Quad Cities, NFP, is an outpatient pediatric rehabilitation center that provides physical, occupational, speech and feeding therapy. While we serve all children, we are a major provider of services for children from birth to age five.

At the Children's Therapy Center, we often see kids and their families at their worst: when they have just learned that their child has a life-altering or life-threatening condition. Rather than focusing on a child's limitations, we focus on what he/she CAN do with appropriate therapy and consistent effort. Our goal is to help your child achieve his/her highest level of independence.

We've been providing unrivaled outpatient pediatric therapy since 1949! Our compassionate and dedicated staff are committed to continuing our legacy of helping kids throughout eastern Iowa and western Illinois. We're not your typical clinic! We have a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere which is less stressful for kids. Our extraordinary 24,000 sq. ft. Rock Island clinic has plenty of room to accommodate all treatment needs. Our Davenport clinic allows us to provide a second convenient location for families. We embrace all of our families by providing helpful programs and fun activities for everyone!

Children who receive needed therapy services at a young age have a much greater chance of becoming more independent and productive adults. Entire communities benefit when children receive the services they need to achieve their highest level of independence. Imagine a little one taking a first step, saying a first word or eating without a feeding tube. Most might take these things for granted, however, these are life-changing achievements for the children we serve. You will share in these achievements through your generous support!
