I love Laura, the knitwear designer who started this campaign. I’ve been fortunate never to have struggled to eat, and it’s an absolute tragedy that in this country in the 21st century this is still a problem!
This fundraiser is aimed at supporting several organizations that put food where it is most needed. Please consider donating to my fundraising campaign, and no contribution is too small. I will be spending time on Saturday, April 5, knitting in public to raise awareness for the cause and the fundraiser as well as knitting a commemorative winter hat for the occasion.
