Knit for Food Knit-a-thon 2026

I’m joining this Knit-a-Thon because I deeply believe that nourishing, quality food should be available to everyone — especially communities facing disaster, hardship, or the reality of living in food deserts. The missions of Meals on Wheels, World Central Kitchen, No Kid Hungry, and Feeding America align with my values of care, dignity, and collective support. For me, knitting is more than a craft; it’s a tangible way to express love, gratitude, and connection. Every stitch is an offering of compassion, and I’m honored to use my hands and my creativity to help raise funds that bring comfort, nourishment, and hope to others.
