The Pallet Shack is already standing. Built by hand using reclaimed pallets and salvaged materials, we’ve taken this space from bare land to a fully framed, roofed, and weather-closed home. Phase 1 is complete, with $8,600 already invested to frame the structure, install the roof, sheath the exterior, and fully weatherproof the building.

Now we’re entering Phase 2 — the interior build-out. This final phase makes the Pallet Shack livable and includes the subfloor and flooring, interior walls and bathroom, electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation, fireplace wall, paint, doors and windows, and basic appliances. The remaining cost to complete this phase is $17,000.

Once move-in ready, the Pallet Shack becomes a permanent home base that allows us to keep building, growing food, hosting helpers, and moving the sanctuary vision forward sustainably. You’re not helping us start something — you’re helping us finish something that’s already real.
