Why Laughs for Literacy?

Because right here in our community (Allen, Adams and Wells Counties), more than 55,000 adults are living without a high school diploma or basic English skills, and only 4% of them are enrolled in a program that could change that. One night. One room full of laughter. And suddenly that story starts to shift.

Laughs for Literacy brings you national touring comedians Arvin Mitchell and Mike Maxwell, incredible eats from Club Soda, and a room full of people showing up for one reason: to help The Literacy Alliance deliver free education and literacy programs across our community.
