Every woman deserves the tools, the guidance, and the community to build what comes next.

Too many talented women are ready for a change but are missing the access that makes it possible. Some want to leave a career that no longer fits. Others have a business idea they have carried for years. Many are doing it alone, without the mentors, the technology, or the network that open doors for others.

Who we are

EmpowerHER Collective Inc. is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide education, leadership, and workforce development for women and girls, with intentional programming centered on Black women and girls who face systemic barriers to economic mobility. Our work is Black-led and Black-centered, and open to all who share our commitment to equity.

We launched in September 2025 and operate virtually with national reach. In our first year, we have offered career development sessions, financial literacy education, and A Soft Landing, a peer-led healing circle. Every session has been led by an expert who knows the work.

What we are building

In 2027, we are launching the EmpowerHER Entrepreneurship & Career Pivot Accelerator, a cohort-based series for women who are ready to start a business or change careers and want expert guidance and a community alongside them.

Participants will learn from experienced facilitators, build practical plans for their next step, and connect with a community of women doing the same.

Where your gift goes

Your support helps us:

Bring in expert facilitators who have done the work and can teach it well
Provide tablets and computers so participants can fully take part, no matter their resources
Cover essential operations and outreach, including marketing, so we can reach the women who need this most

We believe access should never depend on whether someone already owns the right equipment or knows the right people.

Why now

We are an early-stage organization, and we are building this carefully and honestly. Most of our work so far has been supported by our founder and a small circle of generous individuals. Gifts made during this campaign will help us launch the accelerator on a strong foundation in 2027 and show that our community believes in this work.

Giving is open now through December 31, 2026, and every gift, at every level, moves us closer to opening the doors.
