🎉 Join us for the premiere party of Las Cosas Que Brillan — a heartfelt Trans Latinx mermaid coming-of-age story that celebrates transformation and resilience. The event takes place before our BlackStar Film Festival world premiere.

There will be a drag performance by Asia Monroe (actress in Las Cosas Que Brillan) as well as speeches from cast and crew. Come on by to celebrate together!

Important Note: This is a 21+ event due to the nature of the venue. We will also be on the second floor of the venue.

✨ Please note: RSVP-ing for the premiere party does not include a ticket to the film screening. You must purchase your ticket to view Las Cosas Que Brillan at 5:30 PM at the Kimmel Center directly on the BlackStar website here.
