For more than 35 years, the Liberty City Optimist Club (LCOC) has been a safe haven for the children of one of Miami's most challenged neighborhoods. Every day, more than 700 youth come through LCOC programs for after-school support, mentorship, and sports—building confidence, discipline, and opportunity.

Through education, athletics, and leadership training, LCOC gives kids something the streets never could: structure, community, and hope. “Children come first. We teach them that success is possible when they believe in themselves and have people who believe in them.”
