We're raising funds to expand access to legal representation for children in foster care.

Lemonade #Stand4Kids

NACC works to ensure children in court have their own attorney. The weekend of June 26-28, we're raising money to help make sure every child in foster care is seen, heard, and represented in court proceedings impacting their lives. Money will go directly towards the Counsel for Kids Campaign.

To support this work, we are launching a Lemonade #Stand4Kids Campaign. We invite you (and your kids, young and old!) to host a lemonade stand to help raise funds. See the toolkit for email templates, sign templates, and QR codes, and make a plan following the steps below.

Toolkit to Host a Lemonade Stand

1) Pick a date and time over the June 26-28 weekend.

2) Pick a location and rally your helpers.

3) Invite your neighbors and friends.

4) Gather supplies: lemonade cups, ice, table.

5) Make signs and print the donation QR code.

6) Host your lemonade stand and take pictures.

7) Post your pictures on social media.

Virtual Lemonade Stand Option. You don't have to host or visit a real lemonade #Stand4Kids to support the #Counsel4Kids campaign! Your online contribution helps make sure kids in foster care receive access to justice. Contribute to our virtual lemonade stand or host your own! Set a goal and ask people you know to contribute. Everything you do helps us #Stand4Kids.
