I have worked at The Family Place since 2015 and witnessed the incredible, hard and inspiring work of all the unsung heroes of the Child Advocacy Centers (CACs) of Windsor County. As my colleague Julie Gaudette, Director of the CACs of Windsor County, shared about the multi-disciplinary team: "It the best of the best in law enforcement, child protection, prosecutors, victim advocates, health care professionals, corrections and other dedicated agencies who have worked tirelessly to provide a multi-disciplinary team response to allegations of child abuse and sexually based offenses against adults."
